For Memorial Day we once again went to the Rockville city parade and enjoyed the small ceremony (21 gun salute and moments of silence) along with the awesome firetrucks and various groups and bands. There must be a lot of Bolivian people living in this area because we saw about 10 different dance groups doing some native dancing. We also saw the Rockville Highschool Pipe Band which was really cool and a lot of adorable boy scout and girl scout troops. As always the firetrucks were a big hit for Jillian! After the parade we went to our annual neighborhood picnic for some BBQ and moonbouncing.
