Sprinklers. So dangerous, yet so fun!

Jillian loves anything to do with water so it's hard to tell her "no" when it comes to all this great summertime fun. These are photos of her at Rockville Town Center where we go to the library and usually pitstop at the sprinklers afterwards. We can't walk to the library without passing by the sprinklers and see all the kids running through. Some people bring their kids dressed in swim suits--I usually just bring an extra outfit for the 5 minutes of fun and let her run through in her clothes (and laugh as her Pampers diaper grows larger and larger as the minutes go by!) Anyway, the safety issue is that all the kids run in every different direction in and out of the sprinklers and usually emerge with their eyes closed--which means there's a 90% chance of colliding with another child! Jillian's been knocked over a handful of times already but thankfully no serious injuries. It's a little nerve wracking but it's also so much fun to watch!







We always climb the rocks after we play in the sprinklers...it's like tradition!
