Ahhhhh, sleep!

The end of the day is always the best! Jillian has become quite a "toddler" these past few months. She spends her days picking and choosing what she does and does not want to do; playing with new friends that we've made at playgroup and at our "funfit toddler" class; chasing the dog with any toy or sippy cup she can get her hands on; exclaiming NO and Go-Go-Go as she runs across the room; stopping all action to give kisses to the dog; and pretending to talk on the phone to everyone she can think of (mostly Daddy and her Grandparents!) She has mastered the word "BUS" and it must be the cutest thing I have ever heard. When she sees school buses (or any yellow/orange vehicle really) she exclaims "BUSSSSS." There's also a song that says "spec of dust" (don't ask...it's a children's song) and she's now saying "DUSSSSST!" The S sound is certianly a new one for her. It's really amazing at how her vocabulary is expanding each and every day. Maybe tomorrow she'll say "Yessss!" That would be wonderful!
