Maine!

Maine is such a beautiful state--perfect for vacationing! Lucky for us, my sister and her husband live their with their two kids so we spent over a week hanging out and enjoying the spring weather. It had been over a year since we had seen Kerri and Todd and Christopher--and in that year they welcomed my new nephew Hunter who turned one on May 7th. So, we made it up just in time for his birthday and to see his beautiful red hair in person. We also got to watch him take his first few steps and see Christopher hit a triple at his t-ball game. We lucked out with the weather and spent a few hours at York Beach and Nubble Light enjoying a picnic and some ice cream at Browns. All in all our trip to Maine was great (although--it made for a long ending to our 3 weeks away from Mike and Maryland!)
