A visit from Grammy and Grandpa

Grammy and Grandpa came up to visit this past week! Jillian was so excited for them to arrive--every airplane that flew over the house for the past few weeks was "Grammy and Grandpa's airplane--hi Grammy and Grandpa!!!" She was so thrilled to see them that she didn't need any "warm up" time and got busy sharing all her toys (and snacks) with them. Our first adventure was to the National Zoo to show them all the animals that we get to visit. One of the animals that we hadn't seen yet (there always seems to be something that we haven't discovered) was the "Red Panda." It looks like a fox but has a reddish color and a face like a Panda Bear. Very cute! The zoo was decorated for Halloween, which was a nice treat.
