October is here!
We had a busy fun-filled fall weekend! We took Jillian apple picking (one of the reasons why I love living in Maryland) which included a tractor pulled hay ride to a HUGE pumpkin patch. We also went on a fantastic 13 mile bike ride through Rockville on Sunday morning prior to enjoying our neighborhood fall festival. At the festival we enjoyed pumpkin painting, a horse-drawn hay ride, a balloon making clown and Jillian's first carnival ride (which she said "I want that!" and then changed her mind shortly after getting buckled in.) I wonder if she would have enjoyed the ride more if it had some cutesy music and a ride through the 100 acre wood (like at WDW?) Probably so... :-)

Ohhhh! Apple picking and pumpkins. The pumkins are almost bigger than Jillian. I love it! You guys are just too cute!
Oh, and the photo of Jillian on the ride is hilarious. Poor little one - but the photo is too funny!

Fall is my favorite time of year, and I miss all the fun! Wow, a REAL pumpkin patch? And an apple orchard?? I can't take it!
