Our trip to FL to visit with Grammy and Grampa

We spent 3 nights and 4 days back down in FL over Mother's Day weekend at Grammy and Grampa's house! We had such a great flight down (minus the fact that we almost missed boarding all while almost forgetting Mike's laptop bag at the gate.) Jillian had her own seat to climb up and down on and play with the buckles. She loved saying "TAKE OFF" and looking down at all the cars, buildings and trees. She also played peek-a-boo with the guy behind us. This was her third time flying (so about 6 different take offs and landings in her young life) and once again she was GREAT!

Over our weekend we spent some time relaxing, swimming, going for golf cart rides, and exploring Silver Springs park. Mike and his dad did some golfing, too! Jillian somehow developed a little cold while we were there so she had a little trouble sleeping (which allowed her to throw a little midnight comedy show for us in our bed--ending with a proud declaration of "My name is Jillian Blanchard!" We were hysterically laughing all while trying to tell her it was time for sleep--not time for singing songs and jumping on the bed!)

Oh yeah--and we got to feed carrots to some buffalos that roam around one of the pastures nearby. Jillian called them "Buppalows" and thought they were pretty neat--and she thinks of them every time she eats her carrots!
